We profiled participants and worked with Nike to form five cognitively diverse teams, then delivered remote coaching to help them gather user insight and frame the right problem to solve.

We brought global teams together at Nike’s European HQ for an intensive design sprint, rapidly prototyping new services to drive sports participation and testing them with real users.

Each team had just three hours to turn early-stage ideas into initiatives, then pitched live to a Dragon’s Den of Nike senior leaders for backing.
