Sprint Valley facilitated a series of strategic sessions that helped cut through complexity, build shared ownership, and accelerate decisions. SP Energy Networks is responsible for building and maintaining the electricity infrastructure powering millions of homes and businesses across the UK. With net zero targets on the horizon, they needed to make bold, long-term decisions about infrastructure, investment, and innovation.
